Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to ansar.club and the Ansar Club pre-launch platform. By creating an account or submitting a profile, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Ansar Club provides

Ansar Club is being developed as a connection layer for the global Muslim community. The current pre-launch service collects structured information about what members can offer and what they need. Features, availability and launch timing may change as the platform develops. We do not guarantee a match, opportunity, transaction, response or particular outcome.

Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for protecting access to your sign-in provider.
• You must be at least 18, or the age at which you can enter this agreement where you live. A minor may use the service only with a parent or legal guardian.
• You may not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts or use an account that you are not authorised to control.

Acceptable use

You must not use Ansar Club to:

• Harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against or deliberately deceive another person.
• Offer or request unlawful, fraudulent, unsafe or prohibited goods, services or activity.
• Publish another person's private information without permission.
• Send spam, scrape the service, bypass access controls or interfere with its security or operation.
• Upload malware or content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.

Profiles, connections and safety

You retain responsibility for information and links you submit and grant Ansar Club permission to store, organise and use them to operate and improve the service and identify potential connections.

Contact details are not intended to be publicly displayed by default. You decide whether to accept a connection or continue in a direct messenger when those features are available. Ansar Club does not verify every user, listing, qualification, identity or claim. Exercise independent judgement before sharing personal information, sending money, entering a contract or meeting anyone in person. Use available reporting and blocking tools where appropriate.

Third-party services

You may sign in through Google or Apple and may choose to continue conversations through third-party messaging or social platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Ansar Club is not responsible for their availability, security, content or conduct.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate suspected abuse or enforce these terms. You may stop using Ansar Club at any time and request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimers

Ansar Club is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing on the service is professional, legal, financial, medical, religious or safety advice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ansar Club will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, loss of profits or damage arising from another user, a third-party service or a connection made through the platform. Our total liability for claims connected with the free pre-launch service will not exceed £100, except where a different limit is required by law.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms as the platform develops. The revised terms will be published here with a new date. If a change is material, we may provide an additional notice before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without taking away mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.
